Applicants should submit current C.V., completed application form and an application fee of $100 for the two-year Object Relations Theory and Practice Program and the Couple and Family Program and Institutes, or $50 for the weekend conferences. (Summer institute and 4 weekend conferences annually beginning July 10-16, 2011). Annual tuition is $4390 ($4517.31 with 2.9% fee) and includes full membership. Approximately 200 credit hours.
